Refund policy
At MLS Kit Store, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our MLS team apparel. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, subject to the following conditions.
Conditions for Return & Refund:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same original condition as received.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.

Customized jerseys (with any printed names, numbers, or patches) are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or an error made by us.

For standard items, if the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue only a partial refund.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the return window to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Pack Securely: Place the item with all original materials and a note stating your order number and RA number in a secure package.

Ship Back: Send the package to the return address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Refund Processing:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We are happy to facilitate exchanges for size or style, subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges not caused by our error.
